An app ranks differently in every storefront, and a separate title, subtitle and keyword field can be defined in each. This is what makes unlocalised metadata a loss rather than a neutral choice.
rankcusp collects ranking, rating and review data per storefront. Popularity data from Apple's own source is currently available for the United States only - elsewhere the field stays empty rather than being invented.
