Before you write: what speeds the answer up?
Product and setup
Write if you got stuck connecting your app or if what a screen is telling you is unclear. Add your app link and which storefront you are looking at, and the answer comes in one round.
If you disagree with a number
If a popularity or difficulty score looks wrong to you, that is a valuable report for us. Send the keyword and the country; we will look at the raw observations behind that score together.
Billing and subscription
Plan changes, invoice corrections and cancellations. Writing from your account's e-mail address speeds it up.
Your personal data
Requests to access, correct or delete your data go to the same address. You can also export your account's keyword history as CSV at any time.
